today was another day. i woke up. rolled onto the floor. put on my shoes and headed for crossfit. as normal i met danny at the gym/garage. i am really happy to know that he cares to take care of his body and that intense physical activity will most likely be apart of our everyday life.
(i did 31 kipping pull ups today... booyakasha!)
in the mornings i have come into the habit of eating a "balanced zone" breakfast. something i look forward to after every workout. in one medium bowl mix together: 1/2cup cottage cheese, 1cup papaya, 1 cup strawberries, 1/4 cup almonds, 1/2 tbsp almond butter, sprinkle of flax seed, and a squeeze of honey.... mmmm...
2blocks protein:2 block CHO: ~10 block fat... (ive been eating more fat lately for more energy at the end of the day)
danny is big into the zone. ive only really zoned over to two meals a day. breakfast and lunch. by dinner im usually too tired to measure out my meals. maybe one day the motivation will be there.
then im off to work. i do love my job. the more i learn what it is that we do, the more i love the heart of it all...
once work is finished it is time to play. tonight danny and i cooked dinner for killer and her roommate. lots of great conversation and tofu.... :)
and now im home typing into the black hole of cyber space. and now im sleepy. good night to all.
