SPROUT IT OUT


Some thing that Danny and I are known for is absorbing any and all information on health. There is so much to learn on how to take care of what we put into our body....


Recently we have begun taking the time to sprout our nuts. This may sound like a difficult or time consuming thing to do just for some nuts, but in my opinion it is worth the effort.

To sprout:
Place your almonds into a wide mouthed bowl and pour water over the almonds. After 11 hours of soaking remove the almonds from the water.
You could eat the nuts as they are but danny and I like to place them on a cooking tray and turn the oven to 200. They turn out nice and roasted....
